Our self defence classes are designed to empower, build confidence, and improve personal safety in everyday life. The focus is on awareness, preparation, and practical skills that can be applied in real situations.

Key goals include learning how to recognise and avoid danger, understanding personal boundaries and consent, managing conflict calmly and safely, and applying simple, effective strategies for escape and survival when needed.

Each program is tailored to the age, experience level, and needs of the group. Trauma-informed coaching options are available to ensure a safe, respectful learning environment for all participants.

All classes include elements of:

  • Situational awareness

  • Everyday safety strategies

  • Conflict de-escalation

  • Practical self defence techniques

Sessions can be delivered one-on-one, in small or large groups, as one-off workshops or short courses. Programs are available for:

  • Individuals

  • Families

  • Schools

  • Workplaces and social groups

  • Community programs

  • Clients of fitness professionals or those with additional needs
