
Private & Group Training
We offer private training sessions outside our regular class timetable in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Zen Do Kai. Sessions run for 30 minutes to one hour and are a great way to focus on specific skills, build confidence, and take your training to the next level.
Private sessions suit everyone, from those just starting out through to experienced athletes preparing for competition. Training one-on-one allows our coaches to tailor each session to your goals, ability, and pace.

In addition to private training, we run group sessions for sporting teams and clubs. These sessions are a great way to mix up regular training, build fitness, teamwork, and resilience, while learning new skills in a supportive environment.
