Our kids classes are a great way to increase physical activity and make new friends, while gaining skills needed to develop into a confident and responsible adult.
Teenagers
While learning new skills each week, they are challenged to train hard and also to do their best. Trainers correct and show the techniques during the classes. The drills that are done in class help with coordination, focus, balance, stress relief and confidence.
Adults
For Adults our lessons are a great way to help you learn coordination, focus , balance, build you confidence and is also a great form of stress relief while learning new skills.
